We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, just a few blocks from a subway station and close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean, modern, and had a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the free coffee in the mornings and the helpful staff at the front desk. It was convenient to leave our bags for the day and pick them up later. this hotel was attentive to all of our needs and provided a great experience.

We loved the boutique feel of the hotel, along with its elegant yet welcoming interior. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. The rooms were very spacious and cozy, providing all the amenities expected from a classy 4-star hotel. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the beach, Magnificent Mile, and many great shopping and dining options in the Gold Coast area. The hotel's restaurant, bar, and library were all fantastic places to enjoy delicious meals, cocktails, and coffee.
