I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms being well-maintained and the staff doing an amazing job with housekeeping. The hotel facilities were fantastic, from the well-heated swimming pools in the villas to the beautiful gardens. The transportation services, including the golf carts that shuttle guests around the property, were convenient and efficient. The location was perfect, with the hotel being surrounded by nature trails where I could go jogging and spot various wildlife like spiders monkeys, crocodiles, and koatis. The staff, from the waiters to the gardeners, were incredibly friendly and professional. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the helpful service provided by Lillian at the Oriente restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful gardens and plenty of nature to explore. We loved riding the complimentary bikes around the property, spotting wildlife like monkeys and crocodiles. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the well-heated swimming pools to the exceptional restaurants. The staff was incredibly kind and always went the extra mile to assist us. We especially want to mention Jesus, who made sure we had a great time exploring the city with the bikes, and Gilmer, a fantastic waiter who provided excellent service. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the skilled baristas who could make a perfect "flat white" coffee like we had in the South Pacific. a memorable experience thanks to the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and amazing staff.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The facilities were top-notch, from the spacious and clean villas to the beautiful gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with nature trails for jogging and the stunning beach just a short bike ride away. The heated swimming pool in the villa was a delight, and the beach set up with a great restaurant and attentive service made it a true paradise. The hotel also offered bicycles and golf carts for easy transportation around the complex. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, staff, and location.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a pleasant beach area. The villas were spacious and clean, and I enjoyed the beautiful gardens. The staff, especially Antonio Meden, the food and beverage manager, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The snacks, particularly the brownie, were delicious, and the location was convenient for accessing the beach.
