We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The location couldn't be better as it was close to the train station, with easy access to transportation. It was situated in the heart of the tourist area, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, including some hidden gems in the side streets and along the harbour. Exploring the city was a breeze, with the hop-on-hop-off bus just a 3-minute walk away. We were able to visit the palace in just 10 minutes and the castle/park in a mere 15-minute walk. From the Strand, we were able to easily reach all the major tourist sights. The breakfast provided was delicious and fulfilling, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were tastefully decorated and efficient, with comfortable beds and lovely sheets. The breakfast offered a great variety of food, including Danish specialties and options for different nationalities. The view from our room was absolutely amazing, overlooking a canal and close to the charming Nyhavn area. The staff at the hotel were charming and helpful, assisting us with various requests.
