The hotel had great staff who were very accommodating and helpful. They provided free shuttle services around the city, making it easy for us to explore. The location was also convenient, with easy access to main areas and close proximity to public transport. The hotel facilities were excellent, with comfortable beds, free wifi, and a delicious breakfast that included make-your-own waffles. We also appreciated the walking distance to Union Square and the AT&T ballpark.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. From confirming my tour to arranging pick-up times, they were always there to lend a hand. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. It was reassuring to know that the hotel had good security, with the need for room keys to activate the lifts. The free shuttle service provided by the hotel was a big plus, making it convenient to explore popular tourist spots like Union Square and Fisherman's Wharf.
