Dusit Thani Dubai

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the luxurious bath tub, shower room, and separate WC section. The location was perfect, with easy access to Dubai Mall and just a short walk to the nearest lift that took us to the restaurant. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing excellent service throughout our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was within walking distance to both the Mall of the Emirates and the Burj Khalifa. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The parking was convenient and hassle-free, making it easy for us to explore the city with our own car. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station, allowing us to easily access popular attractions such as the Burj Khalifa. The staff were outstanding, from the helpful and courteous receptionists to the absolutely awesome waitrons that attended to us in the morning with breakfast. Their service was so overwhelming that I even had a slight coughing fit from their attentiveness. Special mention goes to the ladies Nita, Rachel, Adana, and Susan who made our mornings extra special with their warm hospitality.

We especially loved the covered pool, which provided a refreshing breeze in the hot summer weather. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates, the Burj Khalifa, and the DIFC. Additionally, we found it convenient that the hotel was situated between two train stations, making transportation around the city a breeze. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing us with early check-in free of charge. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
