I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, right from the moment I made my reservation. The concierge, Karen, went above and beyond to book a concert for me in advance. Additionally, when my wife needed medical attention for her allergies, the hotel organized a doctor's visit and provided the necessary medications upon our arrival. The staff truly went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and well-being. The swimming pool was fantastic, meeting all my expectations.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly doormen and the helpful lobby staff. The room we stayed in, located on a high floor, offered breathtaking views of the city skyline and the lake. It was impeccably clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to find little treats left for us in our room every night. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful spa where we could enjoy some quiet and relaxation. The location of this hotel couldn't be better - it was centrally located and easily accessible to all the attractions in this city. The staff throughout our stay were friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location close to everything you could imagine, from being on the 45th floor with stunning views to being just steps away from the lake or down Michigan Avenue, was perfect. We also loved the convenience of having an onsite restaurant for dinner and an excellent breakfast spread. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and caring, making us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel and the range of facilities, including the spa and gym, were top-notch. this hotel exceeded all our expectations and we will definitely be coming back.

The hotel facilities were top-of-the-line, with a relaxing and rejuvenating spa that I made full use of. Plus, the Allium Restaurant exceeded my expectations with its delicious breakfast options. The hotel's prime location made it convenient for exploring this vibrant city, and transportation options were easily accessible.
