The room was lovely, comfortable, and had a classy touch with a Keurig coffee machine and an awesome rain shower. The city view from our room was beautiful, and the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore downtown attractions, nightlife, and restaurants. The historical charm of the hotel was evident, with breathtaking chandeliers in the lobby. The front desk staff, including Rita, were friendly and accommodating, while Manuelita and Maria provided excellent service in the waitstaff. The breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was very nice and convenient, with great food and an excellent waiter. We were glad to hear that they are expanding breakfast to more days.

We loved the central location - just a short walk to the convention centre and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Despite the construction outside, our room was surprisingly quiet. The cozy room had a vintage feel with a cute little view of the city. The shower was spacious with an abundance of hot water. The staff was amazing - friendly, helpful, and prompt in their responses. The lobby and bar area were absolutely beautiful, giving off a vintage royalty vibe. We were impressed by the gym and the attached spa. The hotel's cleanliness and housekeeping services were top-notch.

I had a fantastic stay - the ambience of the hotel was amazing. My room had a great view of the city center, and the bathrooms were huge. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center, making it easy for me to walk to nearby bars and restaurants. The staff was wonderful and very attentive, providing excellent service. Special mention to the bar tender and the breakfast waiter, who both added a bit of charm to my experience. I also appreciate the hotel's support of their employees and their care for guests, as demonstrated by the GM John Sevilla.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the beautiful lobby and room decor. The staff was warm, friendly, and professional, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to restaurants and attractions in the downtown area. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a whirlpool tub in our room and a restaurant that served delicious flatbread. Special mention goes to Mix Master Oscar who made the most amazing fresh fruit juice cocktails and mocktails for us. Couldn't have asked for more!
