We had an amazing stay at this beachfront hotel. The rooms were lovely, with comfy beds, a spacious shower, and a range of products to use. The staff, especially the front desk, were fantastic, providing excellent service both in the hotel and on the beach. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from popular restaurants like Hartwood, Gitano, and Rosa Negra. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the beach bar with its delicious cocktails. this hotel provided a luxurious and convenient experience in this city.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach and with easy access to many fantastic restaurants in the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
We had a fabulous time at the hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a double sink that was perfect for a couple. The pool and beach areas were amazing, providing a fun way to spend the day and relax. The staff, especially German from the restaurant, were super nice and accommodating. We felt special as the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, including little perks like filtered water refilled daily, treats, bug spray, and daily tea service. The hotel's location near the beach added a touch of luxury to our stay.

The hotel provided the option of open or covered beach beds, as well as lounge chairs near the pool. The plunge pool was a refreshing way to cool off, with the option to heat it if needed. The comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep. The restaurant served delicious food, including their flavorful chile morita sauce. The hotel's location was convenient, with Tulum Pueblo just a short taxi ride away.

The staff is super friendly and efficient, from check-in to room service and concierge. They know how to take good care of guests. The beach is gorgeous and regularly cleaned. The hotel is in an amazing location, walking distance to lots of great restaurants and bars. The breakfast at the restaurant is excellent.
