The bedroom was very comfortable and just right. The hotel's location was great for access to the docks, the old town, and the city center shopping and restaurants. The staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout my stay.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
The hotel was very close to the town Centre, making it convenient for exploring everything we wanted to see down south. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with no complaints in that department. The breakfast provided was delicious with a good choice of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
The room I was upgraded to was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was great with a separate bath and shower, and it even had a bidet. The room had all the necessary amenities like a safe, iron, and ironing board.
Nothing for me.
The hotel's location was ideal, being close to the cruise terminal and shopping center. We found the transportation options convenient, with the hotel having its own parking and being situated near bus routes. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The restaurants, especially at breakfast, offered a great dining experience.
