I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The receptionist, Rita, was fabulous, always welcoming and answering my questions with a smile. The masseuse at the spa was great, and the hotel's location was perfect. Situated close to bars, restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing, it allowed me to easily explore the best neighborhood in this city. Additionally, the hotel's rooftop restaurant offered amazing views of the city, the castle, and the sea.

The hotel was perfectly located on a hill in the Baixa neighborhood, close to nice restaurants in the evening. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Lovely to relax in later after the inevitable hilly walks in the neighborhood to the different sites we want to visit in-and-out of the city. Very close to Rossio station, making transportation convenient. Close to the best restaurants in the evening. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The breakfasts were fantastic!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was near everything I wanted for a short walk. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pool and spa area. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a lot of choices, and I enjoyed the breathtaking view from the terrace.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent and always smiling. They provided complimentary amenities like water, tea, coffee, snacks, and even a can of beer. The hotel is located in the center of the old city, with everything you need just a few minutes away by foot. The views from the bar balconies were stunning, especially the view over the historical center. The breakfast was very good and the hotel facilities were clean and in perfect order.
