The location of this hotel is unbeatable - just steps away from Times Square and a short walk to Rockefeller and Saks Ave. It is super close to all the pick-up locations for Hop on Hop off buses. Despite being busy, the hotel is in a prime location and convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and all the facilities were top-notch. The staff provided exceptional service from the moment I checked in. They were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process phenomenal. I felt safe throughout my stay, thanks to the superb concierge and the beautiful lobby of the hotel.

The location was amazing, being close to Times Square and Rockefeller Center, and just steps away from Richard Rodgers Theater where I saw Hamilton. The hotel had very up to date and classy furniture, making it feel modern and elegant. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, everything was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short two-minute walk from the bustling Times Square and the subway station. Being so close to everything made it incredibly convenient for my city vacation. Plus, there was a lovely cafe called Friedmans nearby where I could grab a delicious breakfast. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out fast and easy. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, which had a comfortable bed and all the basic toiletries I needed.
