We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was polite and helpful, and the restaurants served delicious food. The massage package was highly recommended and definitely worth trying. The hotel had a peaceful and chill atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The indoor pool was beautiful and tranquil, a great way to unwind after a long drive. The location on earth sea salt pools made for a unique and enjoyable experience. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and the friendly staff that went above and beyond.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel tucked between palm trees. The grounds were beautifully manicured and peaceful, resembling a secret garden with butterflies and birds all around. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a grand swimming pool , yoga classes on the weekends, and even an adults-only pool. The cleanliness was impeccable, making us feel right at home. The breakfast at Norma's was always great, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We also loved the free valet parking and the convenient location.
Hard to think of anything negative about our stay. The only minor inconvenience was the closure of the grand swimming pool.
We had a fantastic weekend at this hotel in the north building. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We had no trouble finding parking and the location, although a bit far from LA, was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
