The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the vibrant atmosphere of New York. The hotel itself was beautiful, with unique and charming details that added character to the overall ambiance. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made my stay even more comfortable. The staff were excellent - professional, friendly, and always ready to help.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even recognizing me when I came and went. The location of the hotel, just around the corner from the Canal St subway station, made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.

The lobby and lounge area were visually stunning, just as beautiful as when I first visited 20 years ago. The location was absolutely perfect, close to the Canal Street underground station, making it easy to explore the Soho area and go shopping on Broadway. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and considerate. They made me feel welcome and were willing to assist me in any way they could. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. the breakfast at the diner restaurant on the ground floor was delicious, with great service.
