Located 13 minutes on foot from the Oak Magnificent Mile Street, the wonderful 4-star Swissotel Chicago features a cash machine and a lift. Boasting an indoor pool, the luxury hotel is nestled relatively close to natural attractions like Millennium Public Park.

Not obvious to find
We loved the hotel's central location, close to Michigan Avenue and the Art Institute, making it convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The option to opt-out of daily room cleaning was a bonus, saving time and earning a $10 credit daily.
Can't fault the property in any way!
The hotel's location in downtown Chicago was perfect, giving us easy access to the harbor, Millenium Park, The Art Institute, Old Town. We were able to explore the city effortlessly from this central starting point. Our room had a remarkable view, being a corner room that overlooked Navy Pier and offered small glimpses of Lake Michigan. The view from our window was absolutely amazing. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions we had. Their assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. The gym was brand new and fully equipped, allowing us to maintain our workout routine while traveling. The facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The beds were comfortable, and our room had a fantastic view of the river. The bar area had good food, although it was a bit pricey. The concierge was helpful in providing information. The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring our room had the requested double beds and extending our check-out time. The room had complementary coffee and an iHome for an iPhone 5, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to downtown attractions like Navy Pier and Millennium Park.
