Value for money
From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Being on the club level had its perks, and we enjoyed the pool, spa, and rooftop bar. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the hotel staff even prepared a special salad for one of our party. The location of the hotel in the historic district was perfect, with easy access to stores and restaurants. The staff was attentive and provided excellent recommendations for dining.
Nothing to dislike.
I had a fantastic stay! The lobby is stunning, and the staff is very friendly. The location is amazing - lots of cool places to eat, historical buildings to admire, and great shopping. The room was beautifully appointed and clean. The staff made me feel so taken care of and had everything at my fingertips. The bed was super comfortable, and the rain-like shower was a treat. Nick at the Club Lounge was amazing - kind, helpful, and funny. The F&B staff was very friendly, and there was a nice band in the main-level bar.
Nothing to be said.
This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Charleston, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and historic sites. The staff were incredibly gracious and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Our room was exquisite, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities such as complimentary bottles of water and ice. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop swimming pool and terrace bar, were outstanding.
Nothing that we didn't like.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in an awesome downtown location. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel special from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable, with good quality furnishings and a clean bathroom. The hotel had great facilities, including multiple bars/restaurants and shops. The rooftop pool with a retractable roof was a highlight, along with the terrace bar. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym. I loved the convenient location, allowing me to easily walk around this vibrant city.
Couldn't stay longer.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, central to many parts of the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful lobby during Christmas time. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, with a marble bath and fancy lutron controls for the lighting. The staff were friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The hotel's Thoroughbred Club offered a great wine list, and the onsite restaurants were outstanding. Additionally, the breakfast room service was the best I've ever had.
All was good.
