The hotel staff is very professional and courteous, making my stay enjoyable. The housekeeping team did a great job in keeping the room tidy and replenishing amenities. The breakfast buffet was relatively okay, although I didn't find any croissants during my stay. The hotel is conveniently located with good restos, coffee shops, and a convenience store just downstairs. The gym has a lot of machines and there is free parking available.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, close to the center and yet quiet. The price was also very reasonable. The staff provided superb service, especially Leo, who was very attentive and made sure everything was in order. The fast Wi-Fi and the presence of a refrigerator and electric kettle in the room were great amenities that added to my comfort. Additionally, having an ATM in the building made it convenient for me as a foreigner to get local currency. The staff and reception were excellent, and the pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable. The location was also ideal, allowing easy access to several malls within minutes.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially GIA, was very helpful and always took our requests seriously. We were initially not happy with our room, but we were given a free upgrade which made it even better. The size of the unit was perfect for our needs. The hotel facilities, including the pool and jacuzzi, were great. It was also very convenient being within walking distance to SM Megamall, one of our favorite malls. The staff, including the guard, were friendly and efficient, always assisting us without even asking. a great location for a quick staycation for a big family or group of friends.
