I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially at check-in, were very attentive and made me feel welcome. The room was much larger than I expected, with a massive comfortable bed that I didn't want to leave. The bathroom was also spacious, with a double shower and a bathtub. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with lots of extra touches like macaroons in the room and larger sized toiletries in the shower. The location was very convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre of this city in Ireland. the hotel facilities were top-notch.

We had an incredible stay in this city. The hotel provided excellent accommodation, exceeding our expectations. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We particularly loved the comfortable beds, the exceptional bathroom with his and her sinks, and the added bonus of a radio for relaxation in the bath. The tablet in the room was a great touch, offering all the necessary information without needing to bother the reception. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay welcoming from start to finish. The complimentary lift to the city center was a perfect convenience. Additionally, the breakfast options were fresh and delicious, and we appreciated the availability of newspapers to enjoy in our room.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by a receptionist who seemed to be in a complete tizzy. However, despite this initial hiccup, the rest of our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, making us feel like we were in a five-star rated establishment. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, from offering us a free upgrade to providing little extras like a happy birthday cake and note. We also appreciated the convenient parking options and the close proximity to amenities such as restaurants and a cinema. our experience at this hotel was truly delightful.
