Nice place for exploring Springfield. Clean, non-smoking hotel, I really enjoyed brand-new rooms and very friendly staff. Comfortable beds, an electronic key card, ironing facilities and a writing table were a nice touch. Free of charge breakfast, exceptional service. The property was in a central location near downtown. Early check-in, late check-out. Lobby was beautiful.
Absolutely perfect location, excellent service - everything is great. The room was pet-friendly, and we tried a quick breakfast. Enjoyed quick check-in and easy check-out. The pool was good, good after a tiring day.
Everything was great, personnel was courteous. Our room was luxurious and huge on the 2nd level. The breakfast was included, it's always a plus.
