The staff was excellent and accommodating, answering all of my questions and even fixing the fridge in my room. The location next to the beach was perfect, and I loved the spacious and clean villas. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff made me feel safe and welcome throughout my stay.
Hard to think of anything negative.
Our room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were excellent, with plenty of chairs available by the pool and beach. The beach was stunning and offered a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, despite being understaffed. We also enjoyed the Mexican themed night, which featured delicious food and entertaining shows. The breakfast selection at Omni was exceptional, offering a wide range of options including fruits and pancakes.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, with direct access to the beautiful beach. The breakfast served was exceptional, and we enjoyed a wide variety of tasty drinks throughout our stay.
