The hotel had fantastic staff, quick check-in, and oceanfront rooms with great amenities such as a bathtub and comfortable bed. The activities team, especially Pepe, provided fun and creative experiences for adults and kids. The water park and nighttime shows were outstanding. The day beds at the marina offered a luxurious experience, and the spa was reasonably priced. The Mexican food was authentic and delicious.

We had an amazing time at our stay! The options of having many places to eat, drink, and relax were fantastic. The gift shop was very affordable, and we enjoyed the water park and daily entertainment. We could even nap on the beach and watch volleyball and soccer games.

During my stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel facilities. The rooms, pool, and beach were all well-maintained, creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment. The staff, especially Steven who led the water exercises and participated in the evening performances, contributed to the fun and positive atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. the hotel provided a great location for indulging in real Mexican family fun.
