We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance of Universal Studios and close to popular shopping destinations like the international drive premium outlets. The cleanliness of the property was impressive, from the well-maintained public areas to the clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic restaurant that served the best meal we had on our trip. The staff, from the friendly waiter to the helpful front desk personnel, made us feel welcome and taken care of. Additionally, the convenience of transportation options like the shuttle bus to Universal Studios was a major plus.

The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a luxurious bathroom. We were particularly impressed with the hotel facilities, including the well-equipped gym and the convenience of having a Starbucks on-site. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short drive or a pleasant 15-minute walk to the Universal Studio, as well as the City Walk. The hotel staff, including the Universal concierge, were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The warm cookie at check-in made us feel right at home. The rooms and bathrooms were huge, providing ample space for us. Our room facing Universal Studios allowed us to enjoy the nightly fireworks. The concierge on the ground floor was excellent, helping us book our tickets for Universal Studios. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to the theme park, making transportation convenient. Additionally, the restaurant across from Starbucks served the best pasta dish we've ever had.
Almost perfect. Parking fees of $30 per day were not mentioned during the reservation.
