The hotel's location close to downtown was perfect for my stay over the Valentine's Day weekend. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was of high quality and reasonably priced.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, close to Microsoft & Staples and within walking distance of the Ahmanson Theatre and other events. It was also conveniently located near the freeway and USC. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were great, including a lovely rooftop area with beautiful city views.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the valet parking people. The hotel had beautiful architecture and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient and there were nearby amenities such as a superfood market.

We had a fantastic stay over the Valentine's Day weekend at a hotel in this city. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in five hours early and check out late, which made our trip so much more enjoyable. The room was bigger than many US two queen rooms we have stayed in, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We loved the bathtub and the shower had good pressure. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the rooms, including the spacious bathroom. The valet parking was fabulous, and the doorman was very friendly. We felt safe and the location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and museums. We also recommend visiting the library and checking out the beautiful murals inside. the service, cleanliness, facilities, and location made our stay memorable and we would highly recommend this hotel.
