Value for money
The facilities were superb, with a wide variety of activities and entertainment for both kids and adults. The staff was extremely disciplined and impressed me from the bottom to the top. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, whether it was the rooms, the gardens, or the transportation. The resort's location was great, with easy access to different areas via the regular shuttles. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the 24/7 room service was a nice bonus. The staff was always available and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Hard to think of anything negative.
The staff, including Rafael, Ana, Maria, and Paul, were polite. The hotel facilities were clean and spacious, with easy transportation provided by golf buggies. The location in this beautiful city offered breathtaking ocean views. the all-inclusive package provided access to other hotels in the resort, Nizuc and Sunrise.
Almost perfect.
We had the best stay at this incredible hotel. Cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and breakfast were perfect. The staff, from Glenda at AWE Spa to Martin and Sergio at the Pier, made us feel welcome and ensured we had a fantastic time. The location of the hotel in this city is also a great advantage.

The service at this hotel was second to none. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic stay. They were always willing to help and make my experience memorable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable. The hotel's location in the spa center was perfect, giving me easy access to the spa services I wanted. the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff at the Gondola restaurant for dinner were attentive and provided excellent service.
Not obvious to find. The hotel's transportation and parking options were not clearly marked, making it difficult to navigate.
