I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Check-in was a breeze and the follow-up text messages were a nice touch. It was convenient to be able to store our luggage until our departure time. The rooms were relatively clean and the cleaning staff were always friendly and greeted us with a smile. The Cityscapes lounge on the top floor was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the city. I also want to give a special mention to Abdullah Qassemi, who was one of the most helpful, professional, and kind individuals we encountered during our stay.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
I had the best night's sleep in ages with super comfy beds. The room was attractive, clean, and had a good "feel" to it. The housekeeping was superb, and the junior suite was fantastic. The location was prime, at the heart of Union Square, with everything within walking distance, including the BART train system for easy and inexpensive airport transfer. The hotel had a big lobby with a variety of goodies at the cafe, and free WIFI was available.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect for both my work meetings and exploring the nearby attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
